Bad service

My experience with Defy and Takealot was horrible. I bought a stove from Takealot and found that it was physically damaged. Takealot said I must log a warranty with Defy and Defy said they don't cover physical damage. None of the two wants to own up for to this. They site policies which cover their backs when they are the ones who damaged the product. I don't recommend buying from the two.
