Bad product and bad customer service

I've bought a Defy refrigerator on Sunday from house and home excellent service from them. However when I got home I had an issue with the fridge water dispenser. I've called Monday morning to launch a complaint. Since then I keep on getting excuse apon excuse. I don't even think they deserve the one star rating. I won't even recommend people to by the same fridge reason being I went to the store and checked the demo unit even in a worse condition. So I would say you can't rely on defy.
