Awesome service from Defy

My fridge stopped working so I contacted Defy directly instead of trying to work through Hirsch's. Good choice. Everyone I dealt with at Defy was really helpful and very efficient. From Gladys Malebye who rep**** promptly to my email and who kept me updated on what was happening, to Ru***a who phoned me to let me know that my fridge would be replaced and assisted with dealing with Hirsch's, to Leon and David who delivered my new fridge.
