Appalling service

I spoke with Clarisa on *** on Monday sent her the part that I needed on this whatsapp number *** which she gave to me. She has left me hanging since Monday. I called yesterday only to be told the phone was with a technician and she would get back to me later yesterday but never did.

Called so many times to day, spoke to her and she said she would have a look at my message again and get back to me, still has not.

Called again, spoke to Natasha, she gave me her manager Dudley’s whatsapp number where I forwarded all my messages i sent on monday for my order. It has been 2 hours no response since.

I am really appalled at the pathetic service. Can someone, anyone from Defy help me urgently I need this part like yesterday!
