Worst EVER

Please be advised that I really am not happy with the service that I am currently receiving from your dealership. Two weeks ago I came to your dealership and purchased the Renault Scenic (RDM773GP), in the 2 weeks I had my car once and in that one time the car broke down and I had to tow the vehicle back to my workshop and it only started once and broke down the same day.

I need the car as I will not be paying R5500.00 at the end of this month when I don’t even have the car. If I don’t get the car back tomorrow please refund me my deposit and cancel everything on your side.

I got told everything is done except the handbrake computer but now it’s something else that is apparently draining the battery so that needs to be changed as well but I was told that the car will be delivered to your shop today but not anymore.
