Definitive Edge are *********!!! I purchased a car from Definitive Edge in October 2019. Terms of contract was that the car had a 1 year mechanical warranty(Bare in mind they never handed me a copy of the warranty). 5 months later the car started giving me gearbox problems, i took it in to get checked out and it was a mechanical fault with the clutch. Now when they have to fetch my car from the gearbox specialists they say they won't pay because the warranty is with another company that has all of a sudden been liquidated.

I am currently fighting the case and am also building an Ombudsman case.

I warn you, do not trust the two salesmen involved which are "SIMON" and "MDUDUZI".

I have reported these guys to the Ombudsman and they keep lying about the deal we made. They refuse to give me a copy of invoice, and it has been almost a year.
