Bad Service

Good day I’m so disgusted with the service I’m receiving I was applying for car finance that they are offering on Facebook a agent with the name of Tsiliso Lebeva A MONTH ago !!!! After texting and communicating with the agent no answer after phoning the branch self just to find out my application was never submitted ……. Is this a **** or ***** cause it’s really bad servince and unprofessional reply from agent …..
