Snag list has not been attended to a year later .

I have been complaining since last year, I have no DSTV connection in my unit, tiles are falling off the bathroom, and unit 0019 has not covered parking, not even a numbered parking bay and no one is saying anything about it. I have escalated this with a lady by the name of Marti Spies and she keeps saying she does not manage the contractors diary.

I am ready to take this to the press if it has not been attended to before end of this week, I have given all the people involved sufficient time to fix everything that was not right, I have given them from September 2017 and we now in October 2018.

I will be providing the press with all correspondence between myself and Marti since last year, all the pictures I sent and nothing was attended to, my snag list, Not even one thing was fixed, this is after I even sent pictures so that everyone knows what needed to be fixed and what tools people had to bring with them .

I have been told on numerous occasions that there was someone to fix my issues, when I go there that person would say there do not deal with tile and they are the electrician and the tiler is out of the country. There is always a reason as to why things cannot be done one time.
