Property given to me without satisfying the issues listed on my snag list

I bought a property from Eric Gumbi. In November 2017 I was asked to complete a snag list. I did that and it had more than 20 things wrong in my unit. I have spoken to the transferring attorneys, Eric himself, body corporate any one. It's now end January 2018 and nothing. There is a sewage smell in my kitchen, when I flush the toilet the kitchen basin when it has water it opens. This means the is something wrong with the piping done.And the smell is getting worse. He is ignoring my calls now. He is really not someone I would do business with again. Am a first time home owner and receiving such bad treatment as if I am borrowing the home from him.
