Non compliance company

Definite Shelter Properties are the worse and arrogant company, they are selling properties that got faults and they do not want to fix the snaglist. Its been more than three months since I moved in, I submitted my list in time, but nothing been fixed so far. I wonder why the NRHB is still giving them certificates to continue build houses. Eric the director and sell person is very rude, he talks to the clients like kids, this guy doesn't have respect. The units doesn't have water meters, we are just charged, our water bill seem to be combined every month, it doesn't sense.His company must be closed!
