Leaking ceiling with no assistance from Wally the contractor

I bought a home from the above mentioned developer. However, his contractor Wally has been promising to fix my leaking ceiling and sink and other issues on my snag list for a month now. I have sent the board corporate 4 emails to ********** ( ********** Louis) with no response. The damage to my ceiling is worse now as the water is dripping down to my floor. When I call Wally ( ********** ) he says he has spoken to Gideon to come but the guy never arrives.
