Bad experience with Wally at Epic Estate

I have had an issue with the development of Epic Estate for over 6 months now.

Wally who is responsible for the building of Epic estate has not attended to my issues and chooses what he will fix per my snag list. He was suppose to come and fix the water issue in my bathroom and paint my doors this past week end (26 May and 27 May).

I am told that his cellphone number is ********** , he works under Eric Gumbi at Definite shelter properties.

It is really unfair to carry water from the kitchen in small amounts to fill up my bathtub every morning to have a decent bath.
