Exceptional Service from very friendly people

<p>I have been using Pieter Le Grange at Defining Moment for almost two year now as my broker.</p> <p>During this time I got frustrated with myself for not understanding how Insurance companies work and claims not going through and they keep on charging me more and more with no reason. Pieter Le Grange and Philip Swanepoel, I must admit, are two rare gems and they have always helped me in all the situations I can possibly find myself in. I have been rude to both of them and still they delivered top service without getting upset or getting off the point of business.
