Terrible service

We received terrible service from Defendoor in JHB. The gate took 3 weeks to make, and when it arrived it didn’t fit (they took the measurements themselves). So now a week later we still don’t have a gate even though we have made full payment. They have not communicated anything with us and don’t return our emails, calls or messages. Do not use them.
