Poor workmanship of installation / false advertising of "security"

My husband and i are absolutely FURIOUS with the quality and service that Defendor has provided. We paid thousands of rands for our house to have burglar bars and security gates put up everywhere, only to find that an amateur house break in proved your thick security gate had 6mm *****s with plastic wallplugs holding the gate to the wall! This is OUTRAGEOUS!

We contacted you yesterday for help as we had no security protection for the night and you assured us you would give us a call back to organise when you could come...only that you never did! Now your offices are closed for the weekend and what are we supposed to do? We regret ever having used your business.

We request that you attend to our matter and repair the faults with each installation of gate and assure us that the burglars are also up to the standard you advertise.
