Great product! Great Service!

We contracted Defendoor to install security gates and burglar bars in our new house a few months ago. The gates were installed first with no problems. Johannes and Shaka, the two installers who came out, did a superb job. They paid attention to the smallest details and were very particular in cleaning up. The burglar bars we ordered were cottage pane and it was quite difficult to get exact measurements. The same two guys came out for this and again did excellent work. There were however some delays due to getting the measurements on all the windows exactly correct. However, Defendoor were very accommodating in coming out on several occasions to get the installation sorted out. They also ended up giving us a 10% discount due to the delays. We're very happy with both the quality of the product and the service we received from Defendoor and won't hesitate to recommend them.
