I am impressed.

I had the DX-310 installed in my hallway yesterday and the process was what I consider great. Natasha(Office and Admin), Hugo(Sales), Greg and Bongani(Installation) were the team assigned to my request.

They checked all the boxes: Great turnaround time Always on time for appointments Friendly Staff(understanding) Clean installation

From the moment I engaged with Natasha, I feel that the team went out of their way to speed things up. I mentioned that my need to feel safe in my house is the priority. Now often, when businesses hear this, they see it as an opportunity to take advantage of you by price hikes and cross-selling. Not these guys.
