Poor service from Defence Concepts Africa

Took my brand new navara to them to fit safety firm. In the process they broke some if the door trim clips. They promised to replace it but apparently nissan didn't have stock. Took me one call to order. Then they promised to refund me. Endless excuses. They definitely lost me as a loyal customer.
