Order arrived 4 weeks late, and there was no communication from Defcon

On January 8th, 2024, I placed an order with Defcon. I received an email from Eve Parkin on January 11th, confirming that my order would be delivered within 10-14 working days. However, after that communication, there was complete silence. They did not send any email updates, respond to my emails, or answer their phones. When I tried the WhatsApp option on their website, I was only told that Eve would forward me the tracking information, which never happened.

Today, on February 19th, 2024, I finally received my parcel. While I'm grateful that it arrived, I must express my disappointment with their customer service. A simple email informing me of a delay would have sufficed, but instead, there was absolute silence and no response on any form of communication.

This situation indicates that if there's an issue with the product, I may not be able to return it or receive a refund, based on previous reviews from other clients.
