Gone with my money

I ordered 2 products in the beginning of December 2023.

I received an e-mail confirming that the stock is available and will be shipped.

A week later I received a phone call telling me that they made a mistake and that the stock is in fact not available, but I will receive it early in January 2024.

Jan 2024 came and it went... e-mails went unanswered, phone calls doesn't get answered... by some miracle I received my one item that was ordered, but not the second item.

I bombarded them again with e-mails, they then confirmed I will receive my item within two weeks time... two weeks came and two weeks went...

Nobody answers the phone when you call and by some miracle I received a response back from them telling me that my order was delivered. I then had a back and fourth battle with them and showed them that they acknowledged that the order was short delivered.

They then told me that I will be refunded for my order as their supplier doesn't have stock...

no surprise, but I haven't received my refund yet.

If you want to throw your money into the water with endless hassles, headaches & struggles, then buy something from them, BUT if you actually want the product you paid for, do business with someone else.
