Defcon Tactical - Service

Eventually I received my full order from Defcon online store, unfortunately I had to follow up as the orders are not sent according to the order number but rather as separate items over a couple of weeks. Delays seem to be dependent on the warehouse location. I do recommend that the company makes this clear on their website when ordering as a 5-10 day turnaround is not guaranteed. Or at least their shipping process should be similar to that of Takealot for an improved customer service experience.
