Absolute BAD Service
Good Day. I placed an order on the 27th (DC77083). On the 28th I received an email from Eve Parkin that the item is not in stock, and that it'll be 6weeks if they can get it and that there will be a price increase.
I declined it as I can't wait that long and was not willing to pay more as well.
I rep**** within 20min of receiving the email, and would've atleast expected a reply the next day, but untill now (3days, going on 4days) just silince!!!
You MUTS REFUND ME MY R5000 BUT YOU AVOID ME LIKE A BAD RASH. YOUR SERVICE IS UTTERLY SH#T TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!! OR YOU CAN'T EVEN CALL IT SERVICE

Moment after this review was posted I got an email they are sorry if they responded 1 day too late, but they had 461 Queries to deal with.
THATS NOT MY PROBLEM AT ALL. THEN EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE, OR FIND WAYS TO BE MORE EFFICIENT, BUT DON'T IGNORE THE CLIENT FOR 3DAYS WHEN YOU SIT WITH R5000 OF THEM AND TRY TO BE ****Y.....
