Poor customer service from Deevynhair

Hi there I have made a purchase a month ago, no one has gotten back to me, I have tried contacting them on all platforms, social media(Instagram), sent an email but it bounces back. They don't have phone numbers. There is no tracking number that I can track my order. I have placed the order on the 15th of August 2024...i still have not received any update. Please assist me. My order number is #6271
