MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Deetha Leisure, called me offering me holiday specials, that appeared to be legit, as they were using other well known references in the travel industry. I later found out that the company has been taking money from my credit account, without my consent, I have since been trying to contact them on their land line, but there is no answer, it seems this company might not even actually exist. I have called Telkom, to see if their company number is registered under their directory, and turns out they aren't. I have stopped all transactions on accounts, and have requested the bank to reverse money taken by this company. I want my money back.
