Lack of business ethics and proffessionalism

i took a holiday voucher from Deetha Leisure from as presented to me by their telesales marketer. I agreed to take a package of R2599.99 which will be debited from credit account. I even got a call from heir team leader to confirm the package. My understanding was that the amount will be debited from my account on a monthly basis as I emphasised. I was suprised when after - 2hours a whole amount was debited from my account. I immediately tried calling the cell from which I was called from without success. I went to my bank (FNB) to do a cancellation from which I learned that a credit card hold MORE RISK than an ordinary debit card as it is difficult or impossible to do a reversal even though they assisted me to track them down as a company. I immediately smsed the cell number to do a cancellation.<br> Found the company on the website but their telephone was not going through. I had to visit their offices where I met Mr. Thebekwane. After a long deliberation with Mr. Thebekwane, he concluded by saying a reversal of the amount paid rest with the CEO Donna. I called her on the cellphone, smsed, emailed & whattsapped to no success. This could have happened on another day not on BIKO day
