worst service ever

I tried to make a booking a day b4 my travel to port elizabeth....I searched on booking.com and found a place called deer park guest house..I proceeded to make a booking BT soon after realised I ran out of data..at that point I asked my mother to make a booking..we travelled the Saturday morning for the guest house...got there and payed..we checked in and went to the room...did I mention I was travelling with a one month old child. ..the lady that runs the guest house later comes bk and informs me that I made two bookings at that point I explained Wat had happened.she was soo rude she told me I had to pay for the other room...I told her that I never got confirmation for my booking hence I asked my mom to help me book another room..she grabbed the keys and told me it's either I liv the guest house or pay for the other room...all in all we ended up paying be coz it was 13 degrees outside and my baby was js falling asleep...this is by far the worst people I have ever met...
