Worst dealer I ever bought a vehicle from

I purchased a Ford Ranger from this company on 12 September 2026. The vehicle was advertised on Cars as a 2019 Ford Ranger XLS 2.2 4X4. The invoice I received from Deeway Motors says 4X4, but it turned out to be a 2X4 and an XL, not as advertised. I found out after I arrived home the next day. (*****elind sale) I drove from my hometown 180 km to Johannesburg to buy the vehicle and when I arrived there the vehicle was not available and that after I called ahead telling them I'm on my way. I had to wait 2 hours before the vehicle arrived, and that was after I said I'm not interested anymore; I'm going to leave for home. The manager kept making promises to keep me there. When the vehicle arrived, I took it for a test drive. Everything seemed in order, but when I wanted to switch the radio on, it was not working. I saw the spare wheel chain hanging loose at the bottom of the bakkie. I asked the manager where the spare wheel was, and he told me I had to purchase the spare wheel and jack extra for R3500. I told him that all vehicles purchased must have spare wheels in the vehicle; then he gave me a wheel but no jack or wheel spanner. I had the vehicle for a month when the electric power-assist steering stopped working. In the month of September I purchased a new radio and had it installed. I went to a Ford dealer and got a quotation to repair the steering, which is R43000. I contacted the manager of Deepway Motors, asking him to repair the steering system because the Consumer Protection Act says I have a 6-month guarantee on the vehicle because I purchased it from a used car dealer. He refused to repair the vehicle, but told me to bring the vehicle back to them; they will put it back on their stand and sell it for me to get my money back. What a joke. I bought the bakkie to use it, not to stand and rot on a used dealer stand for months, hoping they will sell it. Please, people, watch out for this car dealer; he will only take your money and will not help you when you have a problem.
