Dear Deep Heat SA,

I hope this email finds you. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident involving the Deep Heat Patch for Period Pain that I recently used. I regret to inform you that my experience with the patch has been highly distressing and has resulted in significant skin damage.

Yesterday, I app**** one of your Deep Heat patches to alleviate period pain. Following the recommended instructions, I wore the patch for less than 12 hours before removing it. However, upon removal, I discovered that my skin had come off along with the patch, leaving behind sores and bleeding in my lower tummy area.

This outcome has caused me immense discomfort, pain, and concern. I never anticipated such severe adverse effects from using your product, and it has greatly affected my well-being. As a consumer, I trusted in the quality and safety of the Deep Heat brand, but this experience has shattered my confidence in your product.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter to determine the cause of this unfortunate incident. Additionally, I urge you to take appropriate action to prevent similar occurrences in the future and to ensure the safety and well-being of your customers.

Furthermore, I would appreciate your guidance on how to address the current skin damage caused by the Deep Heat patch. It is crucial that I receive appropriate advice and support in treating the affected area to minimize any long-term consequences.
