Pathetic customer service

This business has the worst customer service ever. The lady handling communication with customers is rude, there is not follow up or apology when items are late. 3 weeks after ordering my items they had still not shipped. When I made enquiries I was given dates that cake and went with no feedback. Other times I was just given one answers which was completely unhelpful. Eventually after 3 weeks I asked for a refund.
