Certified Copy of Title Deed

<p>I have requested certified copies of 2 title deeds on 19 November 2016. According to the Deedsinfo.co.za website a search takes between 1 to 3 months to complete. It has now been 5 months and I have not received either of these documents. I have continuously ********** requesting feedback on the status of my requests. I received feedback that request 671260 was received and provided the postal addess on 24 March 2017. I have not received any further feedback requested on when and how this was posted as this has not been received. In addition to this - After numerous requests I have received no feedback regarding the 2nd request reference 256011 (Payment Auth code: 645426) for Luitje Catharina van Heerden. I paid R800 for each of these requests and find this very frustrating. There is no other means to contact these people and the only response you get is the automated email stating that they will get back to you. I have also requested a refund so that I can get this document myself, but once again received no response. Their service is absolutely shocking concidering the amount paid.</p>
