Deeds Office, please help!!!

The attorneys involved in the sale of my house have been trying to get a copy of my lost Mortgage since November 2023. Each time they get a response that it is on back order!!! I have been waiting patiently as I have been offered an opportunity to work overseas and this is hindering my progress. I also took a bridging finance for an operation that I had to undergo in December and I have also now gone into a bad credit rating because of this. I have tried unsuccessfully to get hold of the Deeds Office as the phones just ring. Please could someone look into my case asap as this is going to make me lose the opportunity overseas and I will also eventually be added onto the black list which will put me in a worse financial situation. I am looking into holding Nedbank responsible for my loss of income. I am pleading that this issue be rectified asap. Please 🙏
