Bad service, jhb deeds office, not surprising.

I have requested a copy of my title deed in June already and paid the requested amount in July, with completion of the relevant form and sent it to yvonne dlamalala From the Johannesburg deeds office in early July

Till now I have revieved no response from her no matter how many emails I send her

When I call the deeds office the call always gets dropped while they transferring me to the relevant person who is non existant.
