House plans **** in cosmo city, deeds architects and management at cosmo junction

I got ****med by the owner Mr Dune, he was supposed to draw my house plans and submit and get them approved, i paid as per the invoice received from him last year in March even now i have not received my house plans, he does not want to return my money back and he gives me stories
