No Refund or replacement goods offered

Don't buy from this guy he doesn't make and provide products as ordered. A after returning his products he doesn't give you a refund. left me R5950.00 out of pocket. You received 100% payment upfront - affordability is not the issue.

I paid you for a product that we agreed on and you delivered something inferior that I cannot use. I returned the goods to you (at my cost) and you refused a refund or any offer to deliver the goods I paid for.

What kind of business are you running? Potential customers need to be made aware of your business practices and since in, my experience, you don't, I feel that I should.
