I rented my property in Vanderbijlpark to this business/person on a verbal agreement. They moved out still owing R7000 for rent and electricity and refused to settle the outstanding amount. THEY MOVED OVERNIGHT They did return my stove, fridge and bathroom cabinet after I went to the police, but the rent and electricity account was never paid. I have messages and bills as proof. FUTURE LANDLORDS - please use a written lease and deposit.
