False advertising and no remorse

I found a lounge suite on Bidorbuy which appeared to be a good purchase at a good price. Went ahead and bought it on 20 June 2019, paid the full R8999.00 Decotex, based in Johannesburg,who is the supplier gave me a call and advised me that they would be manufacturing the lounge suite, which would take up to 2-3 weeks to finish. They would then contact me and send photographs of the finished product, which would then be at a fee of R3500 to deliver to Cape Town. I was a bit annoyed as no delivery cost was advertised in the purchase, we were only made aware of that after we had paid the full price of the lounge suite. However, I advised him to go ahead, as we had already paid for the lounge suite. When the product was finished and photographs sent about 3 weeks later, it looked nothing compared to what was advertised on the site. The quality, the stiching and all-round finishing was of complete inferiority to what was advertised. After numerous email correspondence, nothing has been resolved. Details of steps taken to resolve the complaint: Numerous calls and emails, I am still very dissatisfied with the end product and am not willing to spend R3500 for delivery of a product I am unhappy with. We have all email correspondence and photographs if required. What outcome proposed for this complaint? I would appreciate a full refund as they wanted to refund me less 25%, which is not acceptable.
