Horrible service

I had a very important event on the 01 Marcha and ordered a white stretch tent from Decorventhire. I really thought that they will provide me with the service they promised. Unfortunately this never happened. They are completely *********** and have no sense of urgency. The lack of customer centricity is appalling!!!. If you don’t phone they ignore you. I have paid in full and received no service. I will NOT recommend anyone to use them because they are really not what they say - misleading to say the least. I’m disgusted because I had to spend more money to get another tent from another company. They completely spoiled my day. Please do not.. hire from them. I haven’t received my money as yet and No courtesy call.
