Lack of customer service

I used the internet link to request a quote. The representative came to look at what I required and promised a quote ASAP, either that evening or early the next day. Two weeks later I had received nothing. When I queried if they were not interested in my business, the response was that their system had been offline but they were back up and running and I would receive a quote ASAP. I'm still waiting.

If the company cannot get it right to send out a quote, what is the final delivery on the product going to be like?
