Waiting for Consultant to Call! Not happening

I have had all my wooden blinds made by Decorland via Game at the Pavilion. I need my blinds repaired. I contacted Decorland on their line ********** and spoke to a Megan who promised an installer would call me yesterday. I did not receive a call and continue to wait. As a loyal customer of theirs, I would anticipate better service.
