Very poor customer service

<p>I recently purchased blinds from Game Pietermaritzburg at the Decorland counter, when my blinds was received it came in simple plastic packaging as a result the blinds had various damages with loose clips etc..furthermore upon installing the blinds the blinds dont close 100% ie.. light still comes through, the sales person by the name of Princess says that their blinds is not 100% block out, this is my last purchase at Decorland, i will rather try other blinds suplliers.</p>
