Shocked at response

I went into Decorland situated in Game Clearwater as well as Decorland situated in Builders warehouse strubensvalley.we have just moved and I wanted blinds to be made and some blinds repaired , I was also going to buy rods etc , but they said to me if it wasn't made by Decorland we can't repair / add slates in , I said so you are prepared to lose the sale of the other blinds , rods etc , and not repair /add slates because it wasn't done by you , the response was yes, quite astounding in this day and age , I have gone to Chamdor who were very obliging !
