Poor service

I wish I had checked on Hello Peter first before going to Game Decorland Somerset West Mall. I was told the blinds I bought will take approximately 3 weeks of which it's the fourth week now and I am still waiting. Worse still I have been told the blinds I ordered and paid for arrived last week Monday. Since that day I'm battling to get a straight answer as to when they will come and deliver and install them. The lady"in the office" don't know who she is, apparently is battling to "get hold of me" and yet I left numerous messages with my contact details to call me. This is frustrating and I will not recommend anyone to buy blinds at this site unless you want to wait until never to get them. A common courtesy call your clients if you have a problem.
