Pathetic Service from Greenstone Branch!! One month later and still nothing!

Absolutely pathetic service from Decorland in Greenstone Mall! We had placed an order for blinds on 22 November 2020 and were told that it would take 10 to 14 working days. From around 14 December we started calling the store asking for updates and were constantly told that the factory is waiting for feedback. Eventually on 22 December 2020, I called head office and was told that the factory had contacted the store to let them know they out of stock with the color but no one at the store let us know about this!!!!! One whole month of sitting and waiting and constantly contacting them!!!! PATHETIC!!!!
