PARCEL INCORRECTLY SHIPPED/RETURNED AND NO URGENCY TO DELIVER CORRECT ONE

I am extremely upset with the frustration caused by your factory............explain to me how such a big company can make such stupid mistakes, while I had to inquire and contact you more than 10 times this week to find out what happened to my parcel a nd why it has not been delivered. This is really pathetic to say the least. Yesterday I was told the parcel will be shipped, now this morning the parcel is still to be collected????? from your Warehouse? how do you explain this pathetic service? your website has not even been updated as it shows my order is complete which is an absolute lie?????? I purchased the items on 27 March, its pathetically ridiculous to think that I should just accept that it will only be delivered sometime next week????????????? I specifically advised your consultants last week that I need the parcel by the latest today, now I need to have my party while my curtain rail is broken?????????? because my parcel has not been correctly dispatched in the first place???
