Going the extra mile!

Yvonne and their team went the extra mile by supplying us with newly cut to size blinds, when it was brought to their attention that the custom-sized ones we initially ordered were of a different shade of colour entirely. We already had cut-to-size blinds installed, and weren't able to put a different shade into the same room next to the other shade. Our request was attended to without a hassle, and without extra cost. Chapeau!
