Don't bother contacting Decorland for anything

Don't bother asking Decorland to contact you for a quote on anything - they don't respond to a request via their website or to their customer service centre. After 3 attempts, and getting a person who basically said they'd let me know when they were able to come to 'my area', I gave up. After reading the reviews about Decorland I am in fact glad, as they are clearly not into customer service at all.
