DECORLAND - Poor Product & Poor Customer Service.

Purchased an aluminuim venetian blind in December 2020 for about R650-00. By June 2021 ( 6 months ) the mechanism rusted. Sent an enquiry on their website asking if a warranty exists. Eight days later NO reply. POOR PRODUCT & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
