Bad driving & Road safety

The driver of the truck almost drove me and my 2 yr old daughter of the road this morning on our way to the cresh. Only after hooting at him like a mad women did he put on his hazards and drove off like a manic. I managed to take a picture of the no plate. I tried to call the number on the truck to report the bad driving only for the manager Leon not to take my call. I take it the safety of other drivers is none of your concern. I'm only complaining because that truck nearly ****ed us and he didn't even bother to apologize just spun off with another truck that quickly followed the bad driver..
