Money not paid back by Ebrahim from Decor Studio for work not carried our

We received a quote in July 2018 from EBRAHIM from Blossom Interior & Design (Pty) Ltd t/a Decor Studio. Decor Studio arrived at our home and took measurements and our specifications. Decor Studio ordered the curtains for a specific room but found out that they where not to our specification and EBRAHIM offered us to cancel the remaining work which we did. However, it almost 3 months and he has not returned the balance of our deposit (R8345), despite asking him many times to do so and even after serving him with a letter of demand from our lawyers. We intend to continue with a summons to get our money back
