Bad services delivery from Décor Self Defense Systems Pty Ltd

Very bad experience,

I placed an order on-line, and from this point onwards everything went wrong: I had to followup twice to find out when it will be delivered. The order I received, after 5 days, was wrong. When I received the The blank guns they were faulty. Retay X Pro and Ekol Botan. (Verified by 2 people)

I immediately informed Mr Cloete that the order was wrong and the guns are faulty. Mr. Cloete assured me that he will replace the guns and rectify the order. This did not happen, I had to phone, email and send text messages on several occasions to find out whats going on.

The service got so bad that I decided to rather get a refund and send the guns back.

This ended up in a huge argument and Mr Cloete refusing to refund me. After some serious threats and heated debates it was agreed to refund me.

The guns and ammo were returned but I did not receive the full refund, only a partial.

Mr Cloete claimed the following:

The Retay X Pro is in working order. This is not true, the sliding block is faulty and the magazine is not working properly. The Ekol Botan (Mini Blow) was fired. This is impossible, I returned all the cartridges in the original case, so how could I have fired the gun?

In my experience, I would not recommend placing orders or doing business with them.

The service I received Mr Cloete is some of the worst I have ever received. (Not a pleasant person)

The process started on the 14th of July 2021 and ended on the 17th of August 2021.
